The Vertical Roll Lifter with Tilt Assist safely and easily manipulates heavy items. As a cost-effective solution to lift, turn and transport rolls and reels weighing up to 500 kg.

These lifters feature a unique suspension that allows for vertical to horizontal handling. The unique functionality allows the operator to tilt a roll from vertical to horizontal without manually exerting themselves. The Vertical Roll Lifter is ergonomically designed and aids a worker during the lifting task. They eliminate potential hazards, risks or operator injuries to maximise productivity and efficiency in the workplace.

Available in two models – either VRL-500-TA or VRL-1000-TA – our roll lifters are user-friendly, safe, easy to use and ensure turning rolls is effortless.

The Vertical Roll Lifter and Tilter is available in two models!

Both the VRL-500-TA and the VRL-1000-TA have been constructed as a hoist based mechanical lifting and positioning device. Either model can be used to tip rolls up or lay them down (in a horizontal or vertical position). With the innovative pivoting arm, an operator is able to move a roll onto its side whilst maintaining complete control during the lifting process. This functionality removes the need for a worker to manually push a roll over and prevents possible strain or injury. It also ensures rolls and materials are not damaged.

Both are models are ideally used with the Toggle Handle Mandrel. The serrated gripper design holds the roll securely at all times and can only be released by an operator. An ergonomic handle is also provided to assist in positioning the roll. Additional information regarding mandrel sizes is available.
