IBC Spill Bin and Tilting Stand

The IBC Spill Bin Tilter effortlessly and safely removes liquid from Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC). Providing spill containment of up to 1250 litres, the device also offers environmental protection against chemical spills. Designed to suit storage and containers of most IBC’s on the market, it provides a spill capacity of at least 125% of the holding capacity for ‘portable’ units. It has been constructed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards.

As the liquid is dispensed within the spill bin, the spring mechanism raises the rear of the IBC to an incline of up to 10 degrees, allowing for a full discharge of contents. This is a safer, easier and more effective means for IBC decanting. Fork pockets are fitted to both the spill bin and tilter for ease in transport, together or separately.

Essentially this device is comprised of two different components that create a complete waste handling system – an IBC Spill Bin and IBC Container Tilting Stand. The unit features a removable baffle and grid plate, which allows stacking during storage and transport, and fork pockets are fitted to the device to allow easy positioning. A drain plug is included at the front of the spill bin to empty the containment area when required.
