Wheelie Bin Tippers Forklift Mounted

Able to pick up and tip 240-litre wheelie bins with ease. This model is fitted with a powerful tipping mechanism whereby the action is carried out via a pull-cord operation. The forklift driver releases the mechanism from the comfort of the driver’s seat. The action can only be conducted once when the locking pin is released. This prevents accidental tipping. The MFWE24 frame assembly prevents bin movement and a chain secures the front of the bin. Returning the bin to its original position can be done manually or with the forklift. The bin locks into position once upright.

Designed for emptying standard 240-litre wheelie bins. To engage tipping, the bin is wheeled into the device’s cradle and secured via a safety chain. The chain is attached to the backrest, which allows the bin to be lifted and emptied or transported around a worksite. This model features a smooth and safe 180° tipping rotation and the forklift driver does not have to leave his seat to operate.

This model is similar to our MNWB1, however, it has a larger capacity. The MNWB2 model has been designed for emptying 1-2 standard 240-litre wheelie bins. The bins are wheeled into the cradle and secured via safety chains attached to the backrest, which allows the bins to be moved or emptied. The forklift driver remains in his seat at all times and the device is capable of 180° rotation.

Easily and cleverly handles either 1 or 2 standard 240-litre wheel bins. Waste emptying is completed using a forklift with a rotator attached. The bins are secured via a safety chain that stops the bins disengaging from the attachment during the tipping process or when being transported around a worksite.

As one of our more robust models, the MFWC66 is capable of emptying either 660 litre or 1100 litre wheelie bins. It is suitable for either forklift or overhead crane operation and features a multi-purpose attachment. Waste emptying is completed via the forklift driver or crane operator from a safe distance. It’s activated when the draw chord is released. Custom brackets with ratchet tensioners fasten the bins to the attachment. Whilst designed primarily for wheelie bins, the MFWC66 can also handle 500-litre cube bins and other similar bins.
