Our Battery Powered Chain Hoists are portable, versatile and unlike any other product on the market. Their unique capabilities allow them to easily move around a workplace or between job sites. This makes them suitable for areas without power supply.

Wireless Chain Hoists are suited to a range of industries because of their compact nature and clever design. They are commonly used for manufacturing, warehouse, construction, food/beverage and utility applications. The hoists also have variable lift speeds for precise positioning and excellent control.

Completely wireless remote control operation. The standard lift height is 6 metres.

The hoist is powered by a Milwaukee 18V lithium battery (battery and charger must be selected separately).

VERSATILE OPERATION
• Hoist can be used in either with the hoist body attached to the anchor point or inverted.
• Inverted operation eliminates the need to carry the weight of the hoist up to the anchor point. Just carry the hook up to the anchor point and let the hoist lift itself and the load up.
• Chain bag provided as standard. The chain bag tilts automatically for inverted application.

• Electronic clutch and secondary mechanical clutch provide dual protection from overload.
• Limit switch for the upper and lower hook position.
• Electronics have IP55 rating.

EASY INSTALLATION
• Lightweight and portable, the hoist can be easily attached to an anchor point, and then you’re ready to lift.
• Connect the battery into place and the hoist is ready.

PRECISE LIFTING
• Hoist offers true variable speed, from zero to 2.4 m/min, allowing for precise lifting and lowering.

MECHANICAL BRAKE
• The mechanical brake automatically activates when lowering the load for safe operation.
• Brake inspection windows on the top and bottom of the hoist indicate brake wear.

WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL
• Pressure-sensitive push buttons allow for variable speed – the further you push the button, the faster the lifting speed.
• Wireless remote keeps the operator safe and away from the load
• Operating distance up to 20 m from the hoist.
• Remote includes alerts with light-up icons:
– Low Battery
– Over capacity
– Over-Temperature Warning
– Inspection Reminder*
• Standard stop button disables the remote control.
• RF-certified.

* Hoist inspection light is based on the recommended annual hoist inspection for normal use. Refer to the operator’s manual for inspection recommendations by application. Hoist inspection indication requires the use of One-Key™. (see the operation manual for details)
