A Band Sealer machine ensures a complete packaging line solution in one compact system. Products are sealed as they travel along the 1.08-metre conveyor. As they pass along, the machine closes the tops of the bagged items for an efficient packaging solution. A Band Sealer machine can seal polypropylene, PVC, laminate aluminium/film and paper/poly-coated bags.

A Band Sealer halves the time taken to package items, which will boost your workforce ability and reduce costs. Ideal for high-volume packaging and production lines, various models are available to cater for all types of operational systems. Select from all-in, bench top and handheld sealers with either vertical or horizontal sealing to ensure the right model suits your specifications. Options come with castors, thermostat temperature control and speed settings (depending on the model chosen).

Band Sealers provide a great sealing and packaging solution. Utilising heat, they easily seal bags through an automated system. This process requires very little operator input. After the worker has placed the bag into the machine, it takes it and seals it tight, which allows efficient packaging and no workplace spills of valuable product.

Our great range has many options available including Bench Top Band Sealers (a more economical, quick and compact solution) and All-In Band Sealers (a complete and thorough solution with innovative safety features). Bench Top Band Sealers

With the compact Bench Top Band Sealer, you can turn any space into your own production line. This simple and compact device seals LDPE, PE, PP, PVC, cello bags and stand-up pouches. With the vertical PMP3564 model, bags are placed through the heating element, which seals the bag at the top. Similarly, for the horizontal PMP3565 model, bags are fed into the guard, however, the conveyor moves bags through the heating element. Both models are available with two-directional options (left to right or right to left operation). A thermal imprint printer can be included, however, is only available in the right to left operation. Please specify direction upon enquiry.

All-In Band Sealers

Ready for our even more innovative solution? The All-In Band Sealer completes your production line as a free-standing and upgraded option. Available with either horizontal or vertical sealing, this is all you need for any packaging requirements. The tops of the bags are sealed continuously as they travel along the conveyor; sealing polyethylene, propylene, PVC, cellophane and laminates including paper and aluminium. Each model is complete with a digital control panel, castor wheels and operates on standard 240 V mains power.

The All-In PMP3555 Horizontal seals flat bags. Separately from the sealing unit, the height of the sealing unit may be adjusted by 35 mm. To ensure free-flowing goods in the bag, the sealing device and conveyor tilt up to 30-degrees. The conveyor frame may be extended by 70 mm to support merchandise that is longer than the conveyor width.

Alternatively, the All-In PMP3558 Vertical seals powder, liquid, and loose objects in upright bags that might spill if sealed flat. The conveyor height adjusts from 475 mm to 975 mm, and the sealing unit height ranges from 475 mm to 975 mm. By turning the sealing head 90-degrees and removing and placing the conveyor on a tabletop, the machine may be converted to a horizontal band sealer.

Handheld Band Sealer

The PMP3551 portable band sealer includes spring-loaded cooling bars that automatically adapt to the thickness of the film being sealed. A continuous seal is ensured by the bars’ steady pressure. Ideal for things that can’t be sealed with a regular band sealer due to their unusual form.
