Order Picker Cages

Forklift Order Picker Cages assist in warehouse applications where goods are picked and packed at elevated heights. As an efficient warehousing solution, this forklift attachment makes it easier to select orders safely, assisting personnel when accessing goods. The device lifts workers in the cage via a forklift, as the cage attaches for safe retrieval and placement of products.

Manufactured in accordance with the strictest safety standards, including AS 2359.1, these cages must only be used by a dedicated Order Picking Forklift. The load capacity of the forklift will restrict the load capacity of the order picker cages.

Forklift Order Picker Cages have durable wire mesh backs and side panels and are to be used in conjunction with a body harness (for working at heights).

To meet your warehouse and stock management needs, we offer three distinct models of forklift order picker cages. The operating load capacity of each cage is 1000 kg. Please note that outward opening gates on order picker cages are no longer authorised under Australian regulations. As a result, our cages include inward side opening gates that are built to Australian Standards.

MWPOP Order Picking Cage (Wire Mesh Back and Sides)

This model features a wire mesh back and sides and is fitted with a parcel tray. This helps to assist with stock sorting stock or transportation of items when being lifted. If necessary, the design can additionally feature wheels or a swinging access gate. This option may be customised to fit the needs of certain forklifts and applications.

MWPOPRB Order Picking Cage (Removable Back)

This model features a removable back that helps to access stock when required. The cage also has harness anchor points for added safety when lifting to protect the operator. Additionally, the unit is fitted with pallet grab brackets. It is finished in bright orange enamel paint.
