When rotating the DR version, a webbing band with ratchet buckle secures the drum. Lifting the drum is by hydraulics and your choice of either foot, air or battery operation. Rotating or tipping the drum is achieved by a handle operated worm gearbox. This allows for pallets to be unloaded and drums placed into racking vertically or horizontally.

For added safety, a sprocket guard is integral with the frame of the D series. Large diameter wheels allow easy transport of drums with little effort.

All models may handle various containers, either by replacing the existing grippers or inserting slip-on attachment. A wheelie bin gripper is a popular attachment for rubbish bin dumping. The DR series can lift plastic and fibre drums and barrels with ease. A truck lock type brake is fitted for safe secure decanting and handling. An on-board weigh scale option is available for these lifters. An optional 3,000mm lift is also available for the 3 versions.

Weighing drums?
The DG grip type machine can be fitted with either an Industrial scale or Intrinsically safe scale system where Tare or Gross weighing is required. Both will offer accuracy of 0.5 Kgs.

Working in Food, Beverage or Pharmaceutical areas?
The DG grip machine can be built in 304 Stainless steel or a combination of 304 Stainless Steel at the Drum handling end of the machine and a hard wearing 2-Pack epoxy frame.

Intrinsically safe work areas?
The DG grip Type machine can be supplied with Anti-Static wheels and an Earth Lug to fully comply.
