Our Dual Purpose Ladders can be used as a traditional A-Frame stepladder or converted into an extended straight ladder. Offering flexibility and durability across many applications, they are industrial load rated and perfect for trade and DIY use.
Available in either an aluminium or fibreglass construction, we have four ladder variations to choose from – a standard aluminium industrial design, a riveted option with tree/pole support in either aluminium or fibreglass, or a fibreglass step extension ladder. All Dual Purpose Ladders are equipped with superior strength and handle a load rating of up to 150 kg.
These ladders present a strong, safe and versatile option. They are manufactured in accordance with relevant Australian and New Zealand standards.

Aluminium Professional Punchlock Dual Purpose Ladders:
A superior strength option with a load rating of 150 kg. It is reliable and features a quick-latch mechanism that converts the stepladder into an extension ladder with the push of a button. Its tread design and fascia top caps provide stability to the overall ladder frame.

Aluminium Step / Leaning / Straight Ladders:
Another highly durable option, this version features an innovative ‘vee rung’ design that ensures safety when climbing. It is added to the rear section to secure the ladder against vertical support members. This support mechanism dramatically improves the stability of the frame.

Fibreglass Step / Leaning / Straight Ladders:
This ladder is similar to the previous aluminium design but features a non-conductive and electro-safe design. With the built-in vertical frame support, the stability of the ladder is improved and large anti-slip boots assist when working at heights. This fibreglass option also has a trapezoidal tread design and fascia top caps to increase the frame rigidity.

Fibreglass Professional Punchlock Step Extension Ladder:
This versatile option converts from a stepladder into an extension ladder and is perfect for tradesmen and contractors. The Fibreglass Step Extension Ladder is non-conductive, durable and used for many electrical applications. It features the punch lock tread design and deep fascia top caps for frame rigidity. Its rear leg extends at 300 mm increments and is locked into place by heavy-duty hinges. These models have a load rating of 150 kg and a ‘vee rung’ is supplied as standard for pole work.
