Smooth and easily controlled

Mechchain Pro II is an extremely easy-to-manoeuver lifting unit for professional lifting applications. Frequency control provides a variable lifting speed controlled by a joystick. Mechchain Pro II combines high precision with an impressive lifting speed.

Low installation height

This lifting unit is suitable when a well-controlled and precise movement is required. Integrated into the travelling carriage, it has a compact ceiling height enabling installation in small work spaces.

Integrated PLC and optional remote control

Mechchain Pro II has an integrated PLC that simplifies custom features. It is also possible to select a remote control for wiring handling.

Encoder

Mechchain Pro II may be fitted with an encoder that monitors the rotation of the axis. This makes it possible to set a lower stop position, and a further two stop/start positions along the stroke. The positions are stored in the memory of the frequency converter and are not erased in case of power outage.

Control units in aluminium

Mechchain Pro II is equipped with control units constructed from aluminium with a quick connection to the control cable. There is also a selection of standard brackets for mounting onto the gripper, tools or customised hook.

Configure the MechChain Pro for your application:

Each MechChain Pro is configured from standard articles to create the solution you require.

STEP 1: Select the base unit. You can select a MechChain Pro to operate with our MechRail profiles. Alternatively, you can select the universal model for suspension into your rail system.

STEP 2: Select the capacity and lifting speed for your device. The capacity dictates the speed. For example: 80kg capacity has a speed range of 0-14 m/min.

STEP 3: Select the type of hook (731418 is a common choice).

STEP 4: Select the length of cable to connect the control unit to the hoist (742955 is a common choice).

STEP 5: Select the type of control unit (742197 is a common choice).
