The Unilift’s patented grippers have auto-regulated valves that operate to open or close depending if there is product under the particular valve. Each gripper opening is equipped with an independent venturi pump generator. If there is product the valve stays open and grips; If not, the valve closes not losing vacuum and the product can be lifted. This new system allows for virtually instantaneous pick up and release as a result of the close proximity of the vacuum production to the opening. Very easy to use and integrate and no adjustment is necessary if the layer configuration or size changes. Gripping power remains constant whether handling a single part or entire surface. These pads can be supplied on our Palebot, robot handler, for automatic systems integration.
