These 3 Axis Pneumatic lift systems, with a carrying capacity of 160kg, are for personnel safety and efficient spray, blast and wash booth access.
There are two models:
LP5 3-Axis lift system designed for use in medium to heavy-duty environments such as paint prep and application or assembly work. Drive systems are designed to limit build-up of contaminants such as paint over-spray.
Standard platform size: 915 x 510mm with 1065mm guardrails, 100mm toe boards and self-closing gates. The operator platform is 915mm (from booth wall to front of platform, when fully retracted) & 1830mm when fully extended.

LP5B 3-Axis lift system designed for use in severe duty environments such as wash applications or media blasting. Drive systems are designed with protective covers and devices to limit entry of blast media into mechanical drive components.
Standard platform size: 915 x 815mm with 1065mm guardrails, 100mm toe boards and self-closing gates. The operator platform is 1220mm (from booth wall to front of platform, when fully retracted) & 2135 when fully extended.

Hand controls, for Z-axis (up/down) and Y-axis (extend/retract) are located on the front guardrail for easy access. Foot control, for X-axis (left/right) located on platform floor directly below the hand controls. Emergency stop and auxiliary air connection are located on the side of control box.
Lowered platform height (entry height) is 150mm and the maximum raised platform heights range from 3000 to 4500mm, allowing work height up to 6.4metres.
Speeds are 4.5m/min for vertical travel and 6m/min for reach.
